2026 Dawdles – July to January
Please see attached below details of walks planned for the second of 2026.
We will continue to confirm the walks via Whatsapp each week as they are subject to weather, conditions underfoot and who’s going who knows the route! Please contact Pauline via 07879 359 783 if you have any issues on the day or if you want more information.
We have a scheduled new walk on 22 July, which I’ll send further info nearer the time.
All are welcome on these walks – an opportunity for fresh air, exercise and fellowship.
The Chosen – Season 5
The next series of discussions, which are for season 5 of The Chosen, are due to start in February. These sessions are running at two venues, times and dates but will follow the same plan. All are welcome to join us at either (or mix and match both!).

Good Friday Services
The following churches will be holding services on Good Friday (18th April) and you will be very welcome to join them:
- Albion URC, Ashton 11:00am
- Hope URC, Denton 10:00am
- Macedonia URC, Failsworth 10:30am
- Shaw and Heyside URC 11:00am
- Trinity Church, Audenshaw 11:00am
- Union Street URC 11:00am
All churches will be meeting on Easter Sunday at the usual start time.
Holy Week Services
Revised details for this year’s Holy Week (14th – 18th April) are included on the poster which includes the Zoom details and also a change to the start time for the Maundy Thursday service at Albion which will now start at 7:00pm, not 7:30pm as previously stated.
